I'm Spencer Nelson, a 1st Assistant Cameraman based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. For the past 10+ years I've been building and running camera departments on commercial and branded content productions — working alongside DPs and crews across the Twin Cities and beyond.

The work I love most sits at the intersection of craft and logistics: making sure every lens is prepped, every build is dialed, and the camera department is always a step ahead so the DP can stay focused on the image. I've had the chance to pull focus for some great brands — Adidas, Gatorade, Skullcandy, Red Wing, and more — and I bring the same level of care to every production, whatever the scale.
